Awakening Joy online coaching

- 10 weeks one-on-one or couple coaching

Would you like to live a life with more joy, strength, peace and resilience - and maybe even learn to see the glass half full instead of half empty?

During 10 weeks you OR you and your partner will be guided through the Awakening Joy material.  We will meet online, one hour each week, and you will be encouraged to practice meditations and various exercises from week to week. You can read more about the Awakening Joy process here

During 10 weeks you will be trained in finding more JOY in your life. We will meet once a week for 2 hours, and you will be encouraged to meditate and practice the course material as we go aloing.

The purpose of the morning meditation sessions is to create a place where we can cultivate Peace, Care and Kindness as opposed to fear, panic and anxiety, which so easily take over these Covid-19 days.

 

Every time there will also be room for sharing and we will practice gratitude – as a way to open our Hearts in these difficult days.

James Baraz, the wonderful, kind and wise meditation teacher is visiting Denmark in August 2021, with his wonderful wife and teacher partner Jane Baraz. James has taught mindfulness meditation since 1978 and is co-founder of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California. He is co-author of two books Awakening Joy: 10 Steps to a Happier Life and Awakening Joy for Kids. James has taught many retreats and workshops in the US and internationally.
